Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit functions.
∎ Deep knowledge of financial risk, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards.
∎ Experience in a fintech, banking, or financial institution will be preferred.
∎ Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and lead the company’s enterprise risk management strategy.
∎ Identify and assess key risk areas across financial, operational, regulatory, and IT domains.
∎ Monitor internal controls, compliance policies, and legal obligations.
∎ Implement risk mitigation plans and provide executive-level reporting.
∎ Ensure business continuity and cybersecurity preparedness.
∎ Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and legal counsel.
