Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent has to look after the Sales & Marketing, Operation, Production, Logistics, Commercial & Administration including factory operation.
∎ Set strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investment.
∎ Conduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectives.
∎ Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to the Management to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
∎ Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the company to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all executives are clearly defined and understood.
∎ Must have work experience in Cutting section, Sewing section, Lasting section, Finishing section, Packing , DIP,Tpr Outsole, Imeva, Lamination, Packaging, PD and Bag unit
∎ To monitor production operation with quality, loss assessment of product & working hour, factory overall efficiency vs productivity.
∎ Analyze training needs, develop and coordinate training/orientation scheme in the factories.
∎ Maintain liaison with local administrative & other Government Bodies.
∎ To identify poor performing workers/staffs, identify promising workers/staffs and apprise for action.
∎ Lead the production team focusing on quality of the product.
∎ Work closely with the People and Performance Manager/ Occupational Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of responsibility of this role are aware of safety requirements, both legislative and organizational policies /procedures, to provide a safe workplace for our employees.
∎ Work closely with plant and quality assurance personnel to review product quality consistency while monitoring yield rates and wastage to determine trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Overall responsibility for ensuring that staffing and competency levels are achieved/exceeded in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
∎ Suggest factory management to reduce wastage of raw materials and product to the minimum.
∎ Ensure the export orders for factory of whole year as per estimate.
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysis.
∎ Ensure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climate.
∎ Business developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independently.
∎ Ensures quality client services are provided in a controlled, compliant, and highly efficient manner.
∎ Owns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiatives.
∎ Recommends policy changes.
∎ Ensure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordingly.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goals.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Should have experience at least 20 years out of which the incumbent should hold the position as 'Chief Operating Officer' for 03 years in any renowned Footwear industry.
∎ Candidate having experience in Sales & Marketing, Operation and Production in any reputed footwear industry would be given priority.
∎ Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
∎ Ability to select, develop and motivate necessary management talent to maintain the company's overall objectives.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
∎ Must be a professional of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.
