Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, growth and operational strategy, and business development. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission, specifically, support better management reporting, communication, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
∎ COO will be accountable for the delivery of the Shohoz products or services on time, in the right quality and at the right cost. S/he will be responsible for overseeing the operations, procedures and the functional areas of the company bringing the operational efficiency in the business and PnL management. This role would lean towards organizing, departmentalizing, and driving products, operations and processes for consistent, efficient, predictable results and growth.
∎ Working with our Business, Marketing and IT teams to ensure front and back-end processes are tightly integrated. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.
∎ Drive initiatives in the management team and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence through outstanding organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team.
∎ Serving as the contact person for product partners, participate in expansion activities (acquisitions, corporate alliances, diligence initiatives, and investor relations) and handling partnership/ expansion terms and commissions. Creating and continuously optimizing a lean and efficient operational structure to differentiate us from the competition and allow for rapid growth in terms of adding new products and preparing for an international roll-out.
∎ Serve as primary liaison to Shohoz's legal/ corporate counsels, tax and regulatory bodies and partners in addressing legal, compliance and related corporate issues e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing, driving anti-money laundering, combating terrorist funding and fraud management etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Must have a proven record in designing and implementing highly scalable, fault-tolerant processes and operational structure.
∎ s/he is an effective and persuasive communicator, both internally as well as with external partners.
∎ Adapts to requirements of stakeholders with strong analytical ability to create optimal solutions for structuring and optimizing the organization.
∎ An entrepreneurial mind-set, always looking for new opportunities, solving problems without being told - at the same time being highly focused, organized, driven, and results oriented.
∎ Having excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics is desirable
∎ Must have the ability to formulate strategies and establish new system requirements for the company
∎ Should have the ability to lead a team effectively, efficiently and independently
∎ Should be able to work closely with the Management to achieve the organizational goals.
∎ Should have strong analytical, verbal and written communications, and decision-making skills, proficiency in a variety of computer programs, applications and technologies
∎ Problem solving skills; a strong client focuses; the ability to priorities the workload across the teams; capability of going into deep details.
