Garments, Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the board of directors and senior management to develop and deliver strategic goals to achieve a strategic edge in the industry.
∎ Take appropriate strategies to achieve short-term and long-term targets.
∎ Work closely with Sourcing, Development, retailing and marketing activities.
∎ Must ensure that all company operational as well as financial KPIs are performing well.
∎ Implement and execute the company's business plan overall strategy and vision of the company.
∎ Build company image by collaborating with customers, local authority, government, community, and employees and enforce ethical business practices.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork amongst employees.
∎ Apply strategies to improve forecasting, planning, production, sourcing, and logistics.
∎ Working closely with the finance team to compile a credible budget.
∎ Controlling company costs so that budget can be maintained.
∎ Define monthly reporting requirements for all operations functions.
∎ Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports.
∎ Developing quality control systems and processes to deliver optimal performance in all operational areas.
∎ Remaining knowledgeable of the market and industry trends competitors and all aspects of the group's target market
∎ Delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow.
∎ Employing various initiatives to coach employees to optimize their capabilities.
∎ Making good liaison with the different regulatory authorities regarding factory operation.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
Salary: Tk. 120000 (Monthly)
