Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in any, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Production Management, Diploma in Engineering in Glass/Ceramic Technology
∎ Training/Trade Course: Technical Training Course (Ceramic Manufacturing)
∎ Skills Required: Floor/ Line Management, Maintenance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the Overall factory productions/Operations.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing & running optimum day to day operations in order to achieve target production as per given plan.
∎ Constantly review and evaluate current policies and practices and implement changes to operating procedures when the need arises.
∎ Handling world reputed buyers.
∎ Ensuring the production quality as required for customer satisfaction and company expectation.
∎ To prepare effective production plan of the each section of the Factory and monitoring day to day work of each section
∎ To prepare daily production report with details analysis if there is any deviation to fulfill the production target.
∎ To develop the systems and process that track and optimize the productivity& standards, metrics & performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
∎ Planning for the remaining materials level.
∎ Time to time communication with the supply chain management team for retained materials and other aspects.
∎ Ensuring the availability & storage of quality raw materials.
∎ Creating a safe & good working environment at the factory

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant must have excellent practical knowledge in Ceramics (Porcelain/Bone China) Tableware Production process of a big factory.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for the candidates who are highly experienced.
∎ Proven knowledge in production and planning.
∎ Pro-active, team player, self-motivated and result driven
∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solution
∎ Have good leadership ability to take all over the responsibility of Porcelain or Bone China Production.
∎ Must be hard working with capability of preparing production plans, shipment schedules and implement the same by coordinating, supervising, guiding, monitoring and controlling all the activities of production, quality control and delivery of the finished goods.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
