∎ Bachelor degree from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Digital Sales and Marketing, Planning and monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement effective sales strategies.
∎ To develop field sales action plans & to develop branding team to accomplish marketing and sales goals.
∎ To research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability.
∎ To anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients.
∎ To establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ To negotiate and close agreements with large customers and to manage oversee the daily operations of the sales department.
∎ To monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ To develop growth strategies for current markets, identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
∎ To provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ To liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
∎ To expand business network around the world and to keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ To manage territory restrictions, compliance and local law and trade practices.
∎ To carry out any other tasks given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Have the ability to lead a team.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.
∎ Basic knowledge on IT Products.
∎ Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to work well with employees & clients of all levels in corporate sector.
∎ Outstanding communication, amicable and leadership skills, good presentable experience.
∎ Excellent presentation and writing skills.
∎ Able to understand and manage product line, customer and pricing.
∎ Familiarity with the industry and products preferred.
∎ Conversant with and effective in the techniques and disciplines of sales, sales management, and marketing communications.
∎ Able to lead and motivate others to ever-higher levels of achievement.
