Minimum 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of revenue growth, market expansion, and customer portfolio development.

Deep market knowledge of threads, garment accessories, and export businesses

Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and targeted market share.
Define and execute branding, pricing, promotion, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen Eco Thread’s competitive positioning.
Build and manage long-term relationships with key global and domestic customers to drive retention and repeat business.
Ensure superior customer service standards through effective complaint resolution and service excellence governance.
Track market dynamics, competitor actions, pricing trends, and product positioning to support informed decision-making.
Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize pricing, customer segmentation, and product development strategies.
Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities to safeguard and expand market presence.

Represent DBL Group at international markets, trade fairs, and high-level customer engagements.
