  • 15–20 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within export-oriented manufacturing, preferably in threads, garment accessories, textiles, or related sectors.

  • Minimum 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record of revenue growth, market expansion, and customer portfolio development.

  • Strategic thinking and commercial leadership

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical capability

  • Deep market knowledge of threads, garment accessories, and export businesses

  • Ability to build and lead high-performing teams

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and targeted market share.

  • Define and execute branding, pricing, promotion, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen Eco Thread’s competitive positioning.

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with key global and domestic customers to drive retention and repeat business.

  • Ensure superior customer service standards through effective complaint resolution and service excellence governance.

  • Track market dynamics, competitor actions, pricing trends, and product positioning to support informed decision-making.

  • Leverage data analytics and market insights to optimize pricing, customer segmentation, and product development strategies.

  • Identify commercial risks and growth opportunities to safeguard and expand market presence.

  • Drive market expansion by entering new geographies, customer segments, and forming strategic partnerships.

  • Represent DBL Group at international markets, trade fairs, and high-level customer engagements.

  • Lead export market development and diversification of the customer portfolio to reduce concentration risk.

  • Review and optimize the product portfolio, recommending launches, enhancements, or discontinuations based on demand and profitability.

  • Oversee sales forecasting, performance monitoring, and commercial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Manage sales and marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, cost efficiency, and financial discipline.

  • Build and lead a high-performing, customer-centric commercial organization through strong leadership, talent development, and cross-functional alignment.
