Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business in present market scenarios.
∎ Leading the development of the organization's short- and long-term strategies and policies.
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Directing the organization in line with the goals and visions set by the board of directors.
∎ To analyze and devise an advertising campaign and promotional initiatives.
∎ Execute all ATL & BTL activities under close supervision.
∎ Responsible for driving marketing initiatives at pan Bangladesh to enhance brand recall including project-level marketing.
∎ Maintain a close track of competition & real estate market movement - evolve Marketing strategies in line with the current market scenarios.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationships with potential and existing clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Real Estate, Asset Management, Property Development.
∎ Should have practical work experience as a leader of branding, Channel Management, Marketing agency Management, Deals structuring, Marketing communication material, and product/concept development insights.
∎ Able to look after the sales and entire operation of the commercial real estate.
∎ Devised competitive go-to-market plans: fueled business development strength through key transformation initiatives in international markets.
∎ Strategic & operational leadership in formulating plans for heading new launches, accelerating sales, turnover & consistently surpassing business targets.
