Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawing of Architectural and Interior Design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D Modeling and rendering skill.
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports
∎ Supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of design and construction supervision.
∎ Experience in design and supervision of large / high rise building and other structures.
∎ Familiar with regulatory requirements and safety standards
∎ Team player and creative problem solver.
∎ Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
∎ Good in Auto CAD 2D, 3D visualization & Revit Architecture.
∎ Special experience in 3Ds Max, Sketch up and Rendering by latest software like V-Ray, Lumion etc.
∎ To prepare working drawing of both interior projects and construction projects.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Management.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
