Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA from any reputed local or international university / Other relevant graduate degree might be considered if experience is satisfactory
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Business certifications like PMP, PSM, Six Sigma etc. will be added advantage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing a comprehensive growth strategy
∎ Managing and motivating the team responsible for growth initiatives
∎ Developing and implementing budget, effective pricing and go-to-market strategies
∎ Meeting with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth
∎ Identifying innovation trends and business opportunities within the market
∎ Developing, strategizing, and planning new interventions that will drive innovation and create exponential growth opportunities for the initiatives taken at EATL Innovation Hub.
∎ Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to support growth initiatives
∎ Providing regular reports and updates on growth performance to the MD and other members of the executive team. Advising management on yearly, medium-term, long-term, and future innovation goals
∎ Monitor KPIs and budgets to assess business growth and performance
∎ Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to business for delivering right services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Proven experience as a CXO or similar leadership role
∎ At least 10-15 years of direct experience in business leadership roles
∎ Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
∎ Understanding of budgets and business-planning
∎ Ability to deliver under pressure and limited resources and capability to improvise
∎ Working with international donor agencies and handling of large public funds will be an added advantage
∎ Project management skills is a must. Any certification will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities
∎ Strategic thinking & Problem-solving aptitude
∎ Proven experience as a CXO or similar leadership role

∎ Special Requirements: Practical knowledge and ideas on design thinking, innovation strategies, makers' lab and innovation hub will be a major requirement as this role is mostly for EATL innovation hub project. As the growth leader of EATL, the CGO must have knowledge and idea on latest innovation related trends like AI, BI, AR/VR, IoT, Data Science, Sandbox, Block Chain and Cryptos.
Salary:
∎ Attractive and market-competitive salary will be offered to the incumbent with office pool car for transport and logistics support for out-of-town travels. Festival bonuses are offered during two Eid festivals and additional project/performance-based bonuses are offered based on performance appraisal.
