The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Capital Market Investment, Corporate Advisory, Issue Management, Portfolio Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Financial Consultants, Investment/Merchant Banking
At least 5 years’ working experience in any leading Merchant Bank/ Financial Institute out of which at least 2 years in any senior role (at least Head of the Department) in relevant Financial Institution
Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory and relevant regulations
Excellent financial forecasting skills
Proficiency in various computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel and other financial management software
Good financial problem-solving skills and the ability to strategies and devise solutions
Impeccable analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers

Job Descriptions/ Responsibilities
Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams
Providing recommendations to the CEOs and members of the executive team
Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets
Overseeing the preparation of financial reports
Assisting the executive team on long-term financial and business planning
Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners, stakeholders and investors
Tracking cash flow and analyzing the company’s financial weaknesses and strength, whilst proposing corrective actions
