∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
∎ Commerce background of Masters, CA, (ACA, FCA, ACMA, FCMA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax), Cash Management, Banks, Funds investment management. Experience on Life Insurance Sector will be preferred.
∎ Should have knowledge in Corporate Governance and Corporate Affairs in accordance with applicable laws/regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong financial and analytical skill with a track record of driving financial performance. Ability to analyze strategies and solve problems.
∎ Ability to work under pressured environment.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computer literacy.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Drive the Company's financial planning.
∎ Monitor the whole accounts and finance requirements of selected factories.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management team to perform their responsibilities.
∎ Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
∎ Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
∎ Maintain communication with the corporate finance team to meet the day-to-day fund demand.
∎ Lead and coordinate with all other department the preparation of annual operating budget and developing 3-10 years business plans for the company.
∎ Designing for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Meeting Official Account, Costing & statutory auditing requirements including internal audit by implementing functional systems, monitoring and achieving cost reduction.
∎ Analyzing, Coordinating proper mix of equity & debt fund requirements.
∎ Advising on TAX & VAT planning (Within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liabilities).
∎ Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information, statements and reports. Follow up existing Bank interest / profit service charges etc. as per sanction letter. Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure.
∎ Projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Develop and update the internal operational policy and procedures in Accounts.
∎ Implement the internal control procedures.
∎ Review the accounting documentations, reports, data, flowcharts etc.
∎ Develop a reliable cash flow projection process.
∎ Reports delivery to IDRA (as per requirements) on time to time.
∎ Any other tasks in accounts related.
