Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have good academic results from any Public Universities/Reputed Private Universities having Post Graduate/MBA major in Accounting/Finance with ACCA/FCA/FCMA. At least 15 years working experience in the Accounts/Finance Department of any reputed Company.
∎ Should have the ability to analyze financial capabilities of the company and perform effective cost control, risk management and project planning, project finance, banking relations in the organization's financial strategies, Product costing and budgeting , VAT & Text management etc.
∎ Should have experience in the business area like construction, manufacturing (FMCG) & Bulk Trading etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Business planning, Financial reporting & Feasibility of the new projects.
∎ Develop investment and loan procedures by analyzing fund needs and surplus funds while ensuring that standard procedures are followed to improve efficiency in cash collections, funds transfers, cash disbursements, month-end account closing activities, and inter-departmental reporting.
∎ Mature and maintain strong relationships with senior management and across key teams in banks, financial institutes, and Group to encourage the flow of information, sharing of knowledge, and continues enhancement of the pertinent operations.
∎ Financial modeling & negotiating with financial institutes.
∎ Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
∎ Import and export and related financial and accounting affairs management and freight forwarding an NVOCC.
∎ Must have knowledge about corporate finance, composite finance, SME finance, LC, LTR, UPAS LC, CC, Bank Guarantee, Business loan, Car loan, Personal loan, Home loan, all kind of term loan, funded or non-funded finance etc.
∎ Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction for Banking and Financing.
∎ Analyze organization operations, identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement, and accumulate capital to fund expansion.
∎ Negotiate and monitor the Bank Interest and Charges.
