Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulation of long-term business strategy, investment appraisal & analysis.
∎ Develop and execute the Group’s financial strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
∎ Guide the Finance team to manage Financial reporting with remarks and MIS.
∎ To manage and conduct all financial activities, especially with the Banks and other Financial Institutions.
∎ Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
∎ Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures, including cash management, foreign exchange management, and debt management.
∎ Develop investment strategies while managing cash and liquidity risks.
∎ Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements in Bangladesh.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, banks, and other financial institutions.
∎ Promote a culture of ethical conduct and financial integrity within the organization.
∎ Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
∎ Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
∎ Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the executive leadership team.
∎ Job Summary
∎ The CFO will be a key executive leadership team member, responsible for overseeing all company financial activities. This includes financial planning, accounting, reporting, treasury, risk management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The CFO will play a crucial role in driving the company's financial strategy and supporting its continued growth and success.
