∎ Must be able to work independently and capable for managing multiple audit teams.
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Engaged in providing ongoing financial executive leadership to Support in line with Managing Director with core business operations, development of business strategies and financial models, core competencies, capitalizations, strategic revenue development, business lines, and strategic partnerships. Managed relationships with JV companies, accounting firms, law firms, and banks/NBFIs. Directed financial infrastructure support including financial systems, procedures, personnel, and policies. Job Responsibilities:Core Business Operations:
∎ Support the Managing Director and Board of Directors to develop and execute the business goals of the Group.
∎ Provide sound guidance to the management regarding of assets and investments.
∎ Monitor revenue sources and implement on revenue projects regularly.
∎ Support and guide the Management team to achieve their operational goals.
∎ Develop Business Strategy and financial model analysis.6. Ensure overall supervision and monitor the infrastructure development.
∎ Closely concentrate on all activities to ensure business and operations development of the Companies (Subsidiaries and affiliates) of the Group.
∎ Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and monitoring of overall function of the Group.
∎ Arrange recruitment with strategic planning and ensure placing the right person in the right place.
∎ Monitored safety, health, hygiene, environment, and security properly.
∎ Supported organization in implementing development program and succession plan. Capitalizations:
∎ Strategic Revenue Development.
∎ Revenue planning by utilizing and monetizing the land/properties.
∎ Initiated feasibility study of new business proposals. Business Line & Strategic Partnership:
∎ Development of weekly/quarterly/annual strategic risk reports for the senior strategy management as well as the business’s top leadership.
∎ Owns strategic plans and ensures compliance with these strategies.
∎ Works with the business’s clients in order to realize real business issues.Financial Infrastructure Support:
∎ Managed all financial functions of multi-plant/state business and reporting.
∎ Financial Planning, Forecasting, Cost Accounting, Cash Management Analysis & Reporting.
∎ Profit performance improvement and developed cost reduction program.
∎ Managed Banking Relationships and portfolio management.
∎ Assist department managers with developing and implementing financial plans such as increasing revenue and adhering to the board-approved operational budget.
∎ Identified and corrected any accounting or internal control issues to facilitate a clean audit option with no audit adjustment or internal control deficiencies being noted.General:
∎ Perform risk control and assessment of required subject.
∎ To assist in development and continuous improvement through strong internal control system in various functional areas of the Group.
∎ Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
∎ Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion.
∎ Represent monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports with all applicable Financial Accounting Standards, Internal Revenue Service and other relevant regulations.
∎ Train and develop skills of team members for their career development.
