Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing/ recommending accounting and financial strategies and plans in order to optimize the return on investment together with subsequent cost savings.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis, and Management Reporting.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Ensure VAT management system & procedure as per the organization's policy.
∎ All Bank Related Works (Loan Renewal, Loan Proposal, Liaison with Banks, etc.)
∎ Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
∎ Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
∎ Effective fund management (managing funds and allocation) so that never hamper day to day
∎ Business operation.
∎ Preparation of feasibility report for new investment and sourcing funds at a lower cost of capital.
∎ Develop the finance team to be able to apply and execute financial policy and accounting procedure manual.
∎ Manage all accounting transactions
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Prepare budget forecasts
∎ Prepared financial statements on time
∎ Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
∎ Audit financial transactions and documents
∎ Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
∎ Comply with financial policies and regulations
∎ Carry out any other relevant tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 56 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
∎ Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
∎ Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
∎ Additional certification (CMA) is a plus
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Ability to strategize and solve problems
∎ Strong leadership and organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication and people skills
∎ Must be sincere, honest, and disciplined.
∎ Must be hands-on, self-motivated, and highly ambitious to build a career.
∎ Must ensure transparency in all activities at all levels.
