Responsibilities & Context:

Looking for someone to Head the Business and the department. Someone proactive, self-driven and well groomed to lead from the front and run the business from top to bottom.

To overseeing the operations of all departments.

To developing, implementing, and evaluating the organization's business strategies.

Knowledge of Housing, Land and Property Law in Bangladesh.

Communication on behalf of the company, with shareholders, Government entities and the public.

Leading the development of the company's short- and long-term strategy.

Creating and implementing the company or organization's vision and mission.

To lead and oversee the marketing & sales and customer management activities.

To develop strategic plan for Marketing & Sales and Customer Care to achieve maximum revenue and highest level of customer satisfaction.

To develop new business and build up relation with existing customers for repeat business to meet the monthly and yearly target of the company.

To coordinate with all departments' operation to ensure that the services of the departments are delivered to customers with the aim of exceeding expectation.

Market research, forecast, analyze and report Sales and Profit results.

Conduct annual performance appraisal for all executives and recommend salary adjustments, rewards and promotions.
