Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have MBA in Marketing/Finance from IBA-Dhaka University (Preferable)/ NSU/ BRAC University/ renowned foreign institutes.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 25 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Company, Group of Company and Multinational Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent would be required to provide a leadership role for imbuing the core values of the company, uplift the organizational initiatives, culture, and spirit of the entire organization. Bringing changes to the direction of the organization, adopting new technology, and formulating modern management policy would be the key functions of the CEO. He would need to keep abreast of the current business scenario and navigate the journey of the company. Practical experience of implementing and running the organization on the concept of Kaizen, and lean management would be an added advantage.
∎ The candidate should have held top positions in reputed corporate bodies. He should have a good track record of success in Sales, Marketing and be familiar to working in strategy formulating roles and implementing the Mission and Vision of the company. A strong real estate development background is preferable.
∎ Direct Reporting: HoDs of (Sales, Business Development, bti Brokerage, Square Feet Story, Property Management, and bti Building Products), Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Diversification etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 53 to 56 years
∎ 7+ years of Head of Business Management experience.
∎ Experience to work with 2/3 MNCs will be given preference.
∎ Excellent leadership and decision-making capability
∎ Strategic management, team building, people and projects management
∎ Smart communication skill
∎ Change management skill
∎ Excellent convincing and negotiation skill
∎ Excellent time management skill
∎ Must have a can-do attitude
Salary: Negotiable
