• Age 35 to 55 years

• Review and verify all Architectural, Structural, and MEP design drawings issued by the Engineer; identify inconsistencies, missing details, and constructability risks early.
• Lead coordination between Architectural, MEP, and Structural design to eliminate conflicts and ensure practical, buildable solutions.
• Detect and evaluate design weaknesses in Engineer-issued drawings and propose solutions to avoid work stoppage.
• Guide the Engineer’s technical staff and prepare proposal drawings or details through TOA’s internal CAD team where necessary.
• Lead the Contractor’s shop drawing team in meetings with the Engineer; ensure timely approval of submissions.
• Ensure all design decisions align with the Employer’s budget and advise QS/PM teams on BOQ implications.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, RFIs, design clarifications, and as-built drawings.
• Support dispute prevention through early identification and correction of design issues.
• Represent the Contractor during technical coordination meetings with the Engineer/Employer.
