Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement our standard policies and procedures to ensure our products' quality high level.
∎ Lead and manage a team of engineers and managers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
∎ Monitor and control site management, quality of our product, and safety measurement.
∎ Coordinate with different departments and project teams to process and promote cross-functional collaboration.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity and professionalism.
∎ Communicate with multi-national customers and create good relationships for the potential project.
∎ Represent the company in interactions with external stakeholders, including government agencies, sub-contractors, and partners.
∎ Getting information on high-quality materials and high-level sub-contractors to get more projects and to make more profit.
∎ Field visiting for different projects as per demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology
∎ Having experience working as a Project Manager of a main contractor or subcontractor under marine civil construction overseas for more than 10 years.
∎ Having experience working as the representative or director of the overseas branch or entity in the construction industry for more than 3 years

TOA CORPORATION, Bangladesh Office is currently undertaking 03 (Three) projects,
(i) The project called “Procurement of Land Development Works for Bangladesh Special Economic Zone Development under Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project”. The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) to develop land in Narayanganj’s Araihazar to set up a dedicated industrial park for Japanese investors. The project is jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
(ii) The project called “Construction and control service of BHL factory expansion project referred as (Step-2)". The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) to implement the project.
(iii) The project called “Construction of RCC Boundary Wall at Japanese Economic Zone at Araihazar, Narayanganj, Bangladesh”. The branch was appointed by Singer Bangladesh Limited to implement the project.
