∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check and posting all kinds of of vouchers, Journal, Petty Cash, cash book, Bank book, General ledger & Bill Register.
∎ Debtors & Creditor Ledger, party payment Register, & Check all payment are posting into soft ware properly.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly statement including balance sheet, profit & loss accounts & Cash flow statement.
∎ Keeping record of bill/invoice/challan to ensure accuracy.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly production report, Stock Report (Raw Materials, Finish goods).
∎ Check & Verified companies Salary Sheet, Overtime Sheet.
∎ All Kinds of Tax & Vat Related work & Submission of Companies Yearly Tax Return & Prepare all document for tax return that related to tax return & Vat Return.
∎ All Kinds of Import & LC related Work & Visit to bank for opening LC.
∎ To Produce a costing report & Analyze the variance. Preparation of Annual cost budget.
∎ Maintaining Full Operation of Software.
∎ Any Others Work Assigned by management.

∎ Age at least 25 years
