Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting/ MBA in Accounting & Finance.
∎ Professional Certification: CA or ICMA or ACCA Partly/Fully qualified candidates will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Tally ERP 9
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Chief Accountant will be responsible for handling accounts & Finance department of Two manufacturing company independently.
∎ Conducting cost analysis including with good knowledge of costing to maximize product margin.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Insurance act, Company Act, Company Tax, Income Tax, VAT etc.
∎ To furnish all information & documents as required by the Board of Directors of the Company.
∎ Should have depth knowledge in all the latest laws of VAT, Tax, Customs etc. and Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures at factory & Head office.
∎ Oversee day-to-day accounts, invoice, cash management, and internal financial reporting.
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Communicating, on behalf of the company with bank, financial institutes and insurance companies to meetup financial needs of the company.
∎ Monitor day to day accounting, finance and banking related work regularly & monthly performance reporting.
∎ Product costing, product price setup reasonably to maximize company profit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year's experience (6 Years in manufacturing company is mandatory)
∎ The candidate must have the following Professional Competencies:
∎ Progressive experience in Accounts department preferably in a manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the English language able to communicate with foreign director independently.
∎ Good knowledge on Tally ERP 09 software is must.
∎ Develop compliance process and manage team with leadership knowledge.
∎ Ability to correspondence with bank and financial institutes to process credit line etc.
∎ Prepare monthly/yearly financial statement.
∎ Up to date monthly collection and area-wise target achievement report & Monitor all payment procedures.
∎ Oversees bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Supervise accounts receivable to minimize ageing of outstanding balance.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Perseverance and results orientation
∎ Precision and reliability; ability to work autonomously
