Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 32 years
Knowledge of lab equipment, chemical testing methods, and documentation standards.
Proficient in Bangla & English communication.
Willingness to travel occasionally to tea estates or suppliers for quality evaluation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct chemical and quality analysis of tea samples.
Develop, evaluate, and improve tea blends for product innovation.
Monitor compliance with Bangladesh Tea Board (BTB), BSTI, and ISO quality standards.
Prepare detailed laboratory reports, documentation, and quality assessments.
Support marketing and product development teams with quality insights.
Assist in maintaining raw material quality, supplier evaluation, and procurement support.
Ensure safe and efficient laboratory operations and proper handling of chemical reagents.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager or Management.
