∎ Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in detergent, handwash, and toiletries product lines.
∎ Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
∎ Sound understanding of regulatory and quality standards applicable to FMCG and toiletries products.
∎ Good communication and documentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formulate and develop products such as detergents, hand wash, and toiletries, aligning with market demands and regulatory standards.
∎ Enhance existing product formulations to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Conduct and supervise quality control tests on raw materials, in-process, and finished goods to ensure compliance with industry standards.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and relevant standards.
∎ Work closely with production, procurement, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and rollout.
∎ Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities promptly.
