Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Chemical Engineering graduate who will support our Chemical Testing Lab and ensure accurate testing of painting and powder-coating processes for transformer and switchgear production. The candidate will operate basic lab equipment, prepare test reports, and maintain quality standards as per company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct chemical testing related to transformer and switchgear production.
Perform quality testing for painting and powder coating processes.
Analyze chemical properties of raw materials and finished products.
Maintain chemical testing equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Prepare test reports, maintain lab records, and submit findings to the QC Manager.
Ensure all tests comply with internal standards and industry specifications.
Collaborate with production, QC, and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor and maintain safety protocols inside the chemical testing lab.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to coating quality and material testing.
