∎ Minimum SSC/Diploma in food preparation & management from PARJATAN or any other reputed institution
∎ Appropriate degree from culinary school & certification on HACCP related certificate will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Chef, Professional Chef
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chinese food, Continental food, Hotels, Thai Food
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have 10 years of working experience in a 5-star hotel as a chef
∎ Developing unique and cuisine-appropriate menus
∎ To complete all the work related to the daily cooking of the company Chairman’s residence
∎ Must be proficient in cooking Thai, Chinese and Continental foods and have practical experience of minimum 10 years in this regard
∎ Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet proper standard and health code regulations
∎ Monitoring inventory and purchasing supplies in time
∎ Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating, and delivery
∎ Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
∎ Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must have a proven experience record (certified by the authority)
∎ Excellent record of kitchen management
∎ Excellent physical condition and stamina
∎ Ability to identify and resolve problems immediately
∎ Need to stay full time at the Chairman’s residence
∎ Team player & Quick Lerner
∎ Habit to work under pressure /stressful situation
∎ Communication and leadership skills
