Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares European Bread Making, Bakery & Pastry goods following established recipes and procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
∎ Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
∎ Maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
∎ Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
∎ Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
∎ Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
∎ Understands and communicates all store promotions to customers
∎ Monitors product levels and re-stocks as required, rotating goods to reduce shrinkage
∎ Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
∎ Performs other duties as assigned
