Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC or relevant knowledge from any recognised institute.
∎ Skills Required: Hotel & Restaurant, resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanup.
∎ Assign tasks; supervise Commis in the preparation and presentation of food.
∎ Maintain control of the kitchen to ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and
∎ effectively.
∎ Prompt in solving issues as they arise so that customers continue to receive their orders in a timely manner.
∎ Make sure that all kitchen and wait staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations to
∎ ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen.
∎ Analyze recipes and make menu changes when necessary to keep customers happy and to minimize overhead costs when possible
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Thai/Chinese cook-1 CDP.
∎ Fast food / continental/BBQ-2 CDP.
∎ Kabab & curry-1 CDP .
∎ Naan CDP .
