Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
∎ Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with our services.
∎ Letting customers know about other tariff the company offers.
∎ Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Call forward to any department as per requirements of caller.
∎ Take up other duties as assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Dedicated and experienced.Previous work experience mandatory.
∎ Candidates location should be (Mohammadpur)

Salary:
∎ 1st month salary 6K From 2nd month salary would be 7K and to be continued.
