Job Responsibilities:
∎ Efficient chartering out of vessels owned and operated by the company.
∎ Negotiations, preparation of fixture recaps and charter parties.
∎ Through knowledge of charter party clauses, terms, and their implications.
∎ Maintain and update and manage the list of all potential customers, brokers and ship owners who are potential customers of the company.
∎ Complete knowledge of Net pass Voyage estimator and Distance calculator
∎ To liaise with brokers, owners, charterers, logistics service providers alike on a regular basis to understand market sentiment and competition.
∎ Keep abreast of the latest fixtures and market sentiment by word of mouth (including telephone) and reading market reports.
∎ Market development and customer relationship management and network development with freight forwarders, cargo owners and vessel owners.

∎ Applicant should have experience in National or International Shipping Co. or Shipping Agent.
