Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
∎ Professional Certification Required: Accountancy, FCA
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the entire group.
∎ Coordinates with Managing Director and other Directors for financial management, reporting, and decision making.
∎ Coordinates the preparation of financial statements, financial reports (quarterly and annual), special analysis, and information reports. Oversee completion of timely annual audited financial statements.
∎ Oversees accounting software (ERP/Tally) development process and successful implementation.
∎ Manages treasury, finance, accounting and compliance functions with the necessary processes and internal controls.
∎ Manages budgeting and long-term financial planning process.
∎ Provides timely, accurate analysis of budgets and financial reports to assist management and other executives with their responsibilities.
∎ Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the Company (i.e., growth, new markets, and evaluation of employee benefits and investments).
∎ Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
∎ Oversees financial elements of strategic business expansions.
∎ Manages and supervises financial accounting, tax, VAT, internal audit, and compliance departments with overall responsibility for hiring, promoting, disciplining, or terminating employees.
∎ Recommends improvements to ensure the integrity of a company’s financial information.
∎ Identifies and managing business risks and insurance requirements.
∎ Maintains liaison with banks/lenders, Tax/Vat department, Company tax Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues; and perform any other duty as directed by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous working experience as CFO/ Senior General Manager for at least 7-8 years
∎ Experience in electric manufacturing/manufacturing industries
∎ Hands-on experience in development/implementation of accounting software
∎ Excellent time-management and organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Salary: Negotiable
