Job Context:
∎ Social Assistance and Rehabilitation for the Physically Vulnerable (SARPV) is a non-government, non-profit, Bangladeshi organization providing lifesaving nutrition support to the FDMN Rohingya people of Cox`s Bazar under its integrated nutrition program. As part of Nutrition interventions in support of WFP & UNICEF, SARPV is working treat and prevent malnutrition among under 5 children, adolescents, and pregnant & lactating women in the Rohingya community.
∎ Job Location: Camp 6, 8W and 10, Kutupalong, Cox`s Bazar.
∎ Employment Status: Contractual, until 30th April 2023.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the MEAL Officer in working with program staff and beneficiaries to develop structure and methods for managing the complaints and feedback in the field as well as maintaining the integrity of information received
∎ Management of the CFM database by ensuring proper documentation and aggregation
∎ With support from the MEAL Officer, ensure the collection of quality complaints and feedback across the response
∎ Interface and support program team members, support program coordination, and policy engagement.
∎ Analyze and prioritize the complaints according to their sensitivity
∎ Conducting INF-based exit interviews as required
∎ Assist in program updates for the responsible management and internal information sharing
∎ Assist MEAL Officer with data collection processes if needed
∎ Assist to conduct AAP sessions and monitoring
∎ Assist with the implementation of program evaluations (data collection)
∎ Support MEAL Officer in conducting assessments as needed
∎ Assist in handling, documenting, confidentiality, and security of all informational resources related to feedback and complaints from beneficiaries
∎ Support Complaints and Feedback Mechanism, including communicating responses to complainants; liaising with management and operations to ensure prompt follow-up on feedback and complaints received
∎ Work with field teams to collect information on potential case studies and success stories
∎ Other duties as directed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02 years of experience in camp context or relevant field.

∎ Must possess a thorough understanding of the refugee situation in the area.
∎ Proficiency in the local dialect is necessary for effective communication
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
