∎ Proven experience as a CFO/COO/ED/CEO or in a senior leadership position within Large Manufacturing Organization
∎ Deep knowledge of local and foreign finance, market operations, production process, Tax/VAT and other regulatory compliance
∎ Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP software
∎ Maintain good relations with the regulatory bodies

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, goals, and objectives.
∎ Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Board of Directors.
∎ Analyze financial trends and provide insight accurate picture for decision-making.
∎ Handling big bank loan and sourcing of new finance including foreign finance.
∎ Establishing strong financial control in every stage of money rolling.
∎ Provide financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives, Tax/VAT and other regulatory compliances as well as strong liaison with the NBR/BIDA/BB etc. Govt. body.
∎ Establish strong administrative policy within the organization and follow-up the policy actively.
∎ Trained up the human resources up to the mark and nursing the human resources for further development.
∎ Establish win-win organizational policies between employee and management to create sustainable situation.
∎ Good relationship with factory management and take control of factory administration.
∎ Ensure friendly working environment within the group.
∎ Oversee sales and marketing (Local & Export).
∎ Design sales policy or strategy to gear up and capturing the new competitive market both local and export.
∎ Establishing budget and budgetary control and financial process over the group.
∎ Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
∎ Alignment management objective to the employee and establish major economic objectives and policies for the company.
∎ Maintaining friendly relationship with operational people and ensure uninterrupted production of each plant.
∎ Take measure about Quality of product discussing with the plant management so that market reputation does not hamper.
∎ Ensure material planning and material supply for uninterrupted production.
∎ Oversee the supply chain management for uninterrupted product distribution.
∎ Establish accurate and timely daily/weekly/monthly/yearly MIS/Financial reporting system within the group.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards and applicable industry specific standards.
∎ Communicate financial results and insights to the Management Committee and board.
∎ Add value and challenge business decisions from a financial perspective to optimize profitability, enhance financial stability, and drive sustainable growth.
∎ Ensure satisfactory controls are introduced with substantiating documentation endorsement and accessible such that all buys may pass autonomous and legislative audits.
∎ Oversee record-keeping to meet the necessities of stakeholders and concerned administrative authorities.
∎ Optimize capital structure and investment decisions.
∎ Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the company's operations.
∎ Oversee relationships with financial institutions (Bank, Financial institution)
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and legal requirements.
∎ Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Provide leadership to finance team fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
∎ Collaborate with other executives in strategic decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.
∎ Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
∎ Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
∎ Liaison with different financial institutions and regulatory bodies i.e. IDRA, NBR, RJSC, BIDA, BSEC and other government regulatory bodies as applicable.

∎ Participate in investor relations activities, including earnings calls and presentations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial partners.
