Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of Center Manager will be involved in a wide range of activities that ensure the smooth functioning of the day to day operations and services to the students/ enrolled learner.
∎ Design and facilitate courses and trainings with the mother company guideline to attract more students/ learners and also keep update about competitor's offerings.
∎ Core responsibility is to achieve business target through market presence, increase number of enrollment, introduce courses, and maintain budgetary control and Schedule Expenditure.
∎ Look after and close all recruitment need for all technical, non-technical, and sales positions. Oversee center employee's development through proper learning initiatives and motivates them.
∎ Plan and conduct meetings with different educational institutions to represent our Institute.
∎ Launch campaign to attract students and create market awareness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Maintain and develop good relationship with students through effective conversation face to face and any other communicative channels
∎ Polytechnic / University / Organization Campaign ability
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and decision making skills
∎ Excellent communication skills including written and spoken in English
∎ Conversant in IT applications
∎ Sound knowledge of local business operations
