Educational Requirements:
∎ Master’s Degree from any authorized university and not less than 2nd class.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experienced in working with CBO/Local level NGO
∎ At least 3-5 years of working experience in monitoring position is preferable.
∎ Must have practical knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and Email communication.
∎ An experienced, knowledgeable hard working person (Female preferable) is wanted to work for the Accelerating Action to End Child Marriage in Bangladesh project of CWFD sponsored by UNFPA. Required qualification of the candidate should be:
∎ Experience in working with NGO project focusing on Management, Women empowerment, Child Marriage prevention and well handling of Finance, Accounting and Administrative issues at least for 3 years.
∎ Strong knowledge needed to analyses the root gender norms and on the Social Behavior Change Communication to end Child Marriage.
∎ Good communication skill required to communicate with the slum and marginalized people.
∎ Excellent skills to operate computer and internet browsing.
∎ Skills needed to write report and develop other necessary documents in English and Bangla.
∎ Assist Project Manager in preparing required reports and documentation.
∎ Record all correspondence received in register on a regular basis.
∎ Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
∎ Willingly travel to the project areas when needed.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 48,000.00 Per month including all other benefits, as per the organization service rules.
