• Strong analytical skills (sales data, stock levels, campaign ROI).

• Vendor negotiation and relationship management.

• Project management & organizational skills.

• Creativity in branding and marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and preferably e-commerce/ERP platforms.

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Category & Vendor Management
• Monitor stock levels of vendor and own-manufactured items to ensure availability and prevent overstock/stockout.
• Maintain vendor coordination for timely product replenishment and order processing.
• Oversee vendor bill payments in coordination with finance, ensuring timely settlement.
• Negotiate with vendors to improve margins, promotions, and support for campaigns.
• Ensure product quality compliance with EonBazar’s standards before listing.
E-commerce Operations & Growth
• Expand merchant product portfolio by onboarding new quality vendors.
• Analyze category sales performance and consumer trends to optimize assortment.
• Work closely with CRM & supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Branding, Marketing & Campaigns
• Develop and execute EonBazar branding initiatives to enhance visibility.
• Plan and launch digital campaigns, in-store activations, and events to increase customer acquisition.

• Drive customer retention by designing loyalty promotions and repeat purchase incentives.
• Coordinate POS branding (hubs, corporate, schools, apartments) and marketing materials.
