Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electrical preferably with MBA in Marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales achievement as per ABP and target. (Both quarterly/annual)
∎ Efficiently manage and develop key account customer to achieve business objectives.
∎ Monitor all issues related to relationship building with customer, deliver, collection etc.
∎ Look after the supplier account of Sacred Sun for bringing CKD &FD as per requirement for supplying to telecom customers.
∎ Prepare three month rolling forecast based on market demand & feedback.
∎ Prepare OPC planning in coordination with production & WH for ensuring on time delivery of goods.
∎ Improve product availability in coordination with production team.
∎ Improve customer satisfaction through better coverage, service and monitoring.
∎ Ensure agreed marketing and sales plan/policy/pricing/promotion/warranty with all concern.
∎ Recovery of receivables and other securities from customers within agreed time frame.
∎ Standardize product specification, customer service and training needs.
∎ Develop policies and procedure for Frame agreement with all major Telcos.
∎ Assist Dept. Head to formulate and execute Brand building plan/ program/ formulate pricing, promotion, warranty management for the local market.
∎ Develop and support team members through coaching and motivate workforce to achieve business goal.
∎ Establish and maintain rapport with internal & external customers for smooth execution of planned targets.
∎ Participate in all Govt. tenders by applying business tactics
∎ Improve market feedback system and intelligence.
∎ Ensure continual improvement in line with ISO and QMS and company policy.
∎ Develop team spirit and motivated work force. Ensure continual system improvement through I-10 Habits
