Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, negotiate, and make contracts for strategic sourcing and product acquisition that meet businesses' requirements and enhance profitability by reducing costs, improving payment terms, reducing inventory, and optimizing supply chain efficiencies.
∎ Developing a sourcing & acquisition plan for both local and international sources,
∎ Negotiating contracts with various vendors and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each product/category.
∎ Analyze customer requirements and evaluate every sourcing alternative and choose the best possible options
∎ Coordinating with logistics personnel to ensure proper delivery.
∎ Evaluate products and supplies so that the right quality materials can be sourced.
∎ Communicating and collaborating with the customer service, IRU, and logistics departments to ensure a smooth sales process that fulfills your sales target and brings in the most income for the company.
∎ Work with the marketing team to design campaigns, execute them and post-execution analyzed them to evaluate and improve future performance
∎ Ensure and maintain the highest level of product quality, service, and reliability to the customers on the platform.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in category management of at least 2 years in the E-Commerce Sector (Daraz, Shodagor, Chaldal, etc. is preferred)
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as website and merchant account management.
∎ The ability to build rapport with key clients/Vendors.
∎ The ability to handle multiple accounts.
∎ Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
