Job Context:
∎ The Cash Assistance Information Management and Reporting Coordinator (CAIR-C) is responsible for leading operations pertaining to the Cash Based Information Management and reporting systems, tools and products for the operations.
∎ He/she supports the office to ensure that relevant information products from internal and external sources are collected, analysis/centralized in a timely manner and management reporting in place to support evidence-based decision making by the leadership team and to support other DM functions (particularly programmes) in design, monitoring and reporting for stronger positioning of the office.
∎ Where BMIS (Beneficiary Management Information System), EVS (Electronic Voucher System), CCTS (Country Commodity Tracking System) and all manual reporting process is used the role of the CAIR-C will entail-Provision of technical support to commodity distribution field staff during field registrations/distributions, Delivering systems maintenance, testing new software development for field deployment, soliciting client user requirements, and assisting with new/upgraded system installations & iii.Train and build the capacity of Field staff in Cash Reporting Systems, Information and reporting will be a primary responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all the distribution (Cash) documents are correctly filed, available and ready for any audit; frequent field visit to assist in documentation and accountability.
∎ Maintain invoices tracking sheet and update & share with the management on timely basis; Review invoices and other Cooperating Partner reports
∎ Maintain a comprehensive commodity tracking systems as to ensure that all commodities are properly distributed and accounted for to WV Partnership and major donor standards.
∎ Ensure that all Cash losses and claims procedures are in compliance with the World Vision Partnership and donor requirements.
∎ Ensure that the required periodic reports are generated from the CTMR, CT-RSR, CT-SS, CV-SS database and submitted to the relevant consumers and uploaded to the DGDB on a timely basis.
∎ Maintain cash accounting control on a monthly basis and ensure that the cash book balances match with the actual stocks.
∎ Prepare new required formats and approved from DMT and share with the team for project record keeping.
∎ Assist consolidation of monthly cash reports from the field into the Cash Tracking System database in order to produce major reports (CT-SS, CTMR, CT-RSR, and CT-LSR) to donors and other stakeholders
∎ Support as required on the preparation and sharing of regular reports as needed or required by the internal and external stakeholders: weekly Situational Report, Monthly reporting, Monitoring Data Reports, Cluster minutes/reports, etc in coordination with communications.
∎ Maintain response information management systems to meet response needs and develop and support systems to manage requests for information in a structures and efficient way.
∎ Support on the development and maintenance of protocols for internal information sharing with relevant functions and with external stakeholders.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and yearly close out procedures and revision controls in place for the reports.
∎ Manage the CDA, FSP, MMT operations. Liaison with stakeholders and ensure cash disbursement in process to beneficiaries are on time.
∎ Works closely with the field monitors and Commodity officers/field Coordinators on all BMIS/CTS issues in providing technical guidance and adhering to set standards for data accuracy.
∎ Work closely with the global BMIS Support personnel in all aspects of the technology readiness and rollout, in addition to providing feedback to, and receiving technical instructions from, the BMIS Field based System Support and Developer Officers on IT upgrades, maintenance and new developments
∎ Participate in a forum of IT support staff for BMIS/CTS for sharing common experiences and troubleshooting technical challenges.
∎ Supervision of CAIR Officer / Asst. to ensure that they submit all reports on a timely basis.
∎ Ensure the SO thrash hole (allocation) is not exceeded by all the projects (Does the tracking on how much goes to which project)
∎ Does the monthly analysis between the planned and actual tonnages plus CT-SS values distributed and advise the Cash Assistance Manager timely in case of need to addendum to cover the excess food that might be distributed
∎ Leads capacity development with field staff to ensure adequate EFSP Information Management systems coverage, WVI standards in cash management and reporting.
∎ Identifiy potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future, and provide reports on the progress of compliance efforts to management.
∎ Liaise with government and other stakeholders and represent world vision on issues related to information management systems, beneficiaries data and as delegated by his/her supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good written and oral communication skills; Ability to consolidate information into visual presentations (factsheets, charts, graphs, tables); strong communication skills to interact with all levels of staff, management and ability to influence stakeholders.
∎ Must have strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with an attention to details with the ability to effectively present concepts to lay users in various settings and by various means (verbal and written).
∎ Requires a good understanding of the project life cycle with emphasis on analysis, user requirements, and gap analysis etc.
∎ Must be able to work effectively with a diverse team.
∎ Requires the ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks.
∎ Must have a service orientation and very comfortable supporting end-users.
∎ Familiarity with humanitarian quality assurance mechanisms including Sphere, Red Cross Code of Conduct, Humanitarian Accountability Partnership, Do No Harm, People in Aid Code of Good Practice.
∎ Effective in written and verbal communication in English
∎ Experience working with online databases and GIS application (Optional).
∎ Certified BMIS/CTS/ Information Management Systems User
∎ Self-driven learning: Seeks out new technologies, techniques or tools for humanitarian aid delivery.
∎ Demonstrates personal integrity and trustworthiness.
∎ Good understanding on the FPMG/DMT systems and approaches.
∎ Previous experience in managing organizational data of different projects
∎ Understanding of the Android Mobile Platform desirable with previous exposure to mobile hardware technologies.
∎ Comfortable with learning new software systems and running rudimentary system upgrades including compiling new software releases.
∎ Minimum of 1 years' experience in relief and development work.
∎ Able to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving/riding license

Salary: Tk. 100000 (Monthly)
