Job Context:
∎ Position Title: Case Worker - MHPSS, GBV, SRHR & Case management Services for Host & Rohingya Community.
∎ Location: Ramu, Ukiah, Teknaf & Rohingya Refugee camp no. 15, Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh
∎ Reports to : CASE MANAGER
∎ Total project duration - 08 Months but initially Up to May 2021, full-time position (With possibility of contract extension)
∎ AGRAJATTRA is Women headed non-profitable, non-political, non-governmental voluntary, L/NNGO based in Cox`sbazar, Bangladesh. AGRAJATTRA`S vision is a fair society where peace, social justice, good governance and gender equity will remain. Our main areas of work include Child protection, prevention of violence against women and girls, women`s empowerment, life-skills education, and humanitarian response & DRR in emergency situations as well as Rohingya crisis (Food security & livelihoods, Shelter development, WASH, Health and hygiene, Protection, Education) etc.
∎ AGRAJATTRA is looking for an experience and competent Case Worker for the project titled "Prevention of GBV and Improve Health, Livelihood and Psychological Well-being of Host and Rohingya Community at COXB, Bangladesh". The project is funded by Médecins du Monde France (MdM) - France. The project components are Mental Health and Psychological Support Service (MHPSS), Gender Based Violence (GBV), Sexual Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) and Livelihood development. The project will be implemented at Host Community and Rohingya community of Cox`s Bazar. Case Worker will responsible for providing services to the survivors of MHPSS, GBV, SRHR, Case management Services, awareness raising sessions to the affected populations of host community and Rohingya Community in Regular basis through Community Resource Center(CRC) and community mobilization at rural areas.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Program Planning, Implementation and Management:
∎ Prepare activity plan for weekly and monthly basis and implementation that plan accordingly by ensuring quality standard towards achieving the project results.
∎ Formation of community protection groups (CPG) and Adolescent club for GBV prevention, promotion of SRH and MHPSS services.
∎ Consultation meetings with the host and the refugee communities on protection groups (CPG)
∎ Formation of Youth/ adolescent plat forum and Capacity building on GBV Short course on Gender, GBV and referral for YPF.
∎ Organize knowledge exchange workshop of Youth Platform Forums (YPF).
∎ Conduct outreach awareness sessions on GBV and prevention strategy at community level
∎ Conduct MHPSS counseling sessions for GBV survivors at CRC
∎ Provide day to day case management services
∎ Referral to services by outreach / volunteers (internal/external)
∎ Establish bill board on GBV in Host and Rohingya Camp
∎ Attend monthly coordination meeting with CIC and Upazila level meeting
∎ Organize collaboration and knowledge sharing meetings with local NGOs, GOs and other community leaders.
∎ Support community volunteer to succeed in their roles through close supervision, mentoring and coaching
∎ Support adolescent club, protection group, youth group for their prompt action,
∎ Organize and facilitate weekly meeting with community volunteer and accomplish one-to-one discussion and mobilization with CVs
∎ Support community volunteers for their tasks
∎ Identify the knowledge and skill gaps of community volunteer and caseworkers and take appropriate courses of actions to build the capacity for implementing project activities with quality standard.
∎ Provide direct case management for complex cases related GBV and MH contexts at CRC and community level.
∎ Mapping the referral pathways and ensure that survivors can access other available services.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up the sup ordinate works and ensure the quality standard
∎ Assist to Case Manger Data entry into CPIMS,
∎ Ensure the quality of case management data
∎ Refers to the GBV survivors to appropriate service providers as per needs/ demand (Legal support, MSPSS, Clinical/ Hospitalized, etc
∎ Others as needs for project.
∎ Effective communication and coordination (Internal and external)
∎ Coordination with stakeholders at camp level service/ host community,
∎ Coordination with union/camp level stakeholders
∎ Develop networking and rapport building with GOs, NGOs and Private sector actors for achieving project goal and objectives as per planned schedule.
∎ Reporting to :
∎ Assist to Case Manger and PSS to submit weekly case management reports and ensure all information is updated.
∎ Assist to Case Manager and PSS to Submit Monthly Work Plan Case work and Community Volunteer.
∎ Networking :
∎ Represent Agrajattra at the Case Management Working Group and other appropriate forum

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:
∎ At least total 03 years or more working experience in humanitarian program in National and International NGOs.
∎ Demonstrated experience and commitment to working with marginalized communities.
∎ Experience in child protection in protracted crisis / early recovery a significant advantage
∎ Experience working in Rohingya camps is a significant advantage
∎ At least 02 year experience in case management
∎ Upholds humanitarian values and principles
∎ Language
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla (written and spoken) and excellent writing skills.
∎ Rohingya or Chittagonian language skills is a significant advantage
∎ Technical Skills
∎ Strong analytical, reporting, strategic thinking and planning skills
∎ Strong case management skills, follow up reporting and maintaining confidentiality
∎ Strong monitoring and evaluation skills/experience
∎ Knowledge of project cycle management.
∎ Strong knowledge about computer operates.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ As per Staffs appraisal yearly the 5-10% Salary will increase if any fund available in the project.
