Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree especially in Law/ Gender/ Anthropology/ International relationship/ Economics/ Development studied/ Good Governance or any other relevant subject from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect cases, provide authentic information through proper channel , home to home visit identify and registration of vulnerable women and children
∎ Report to project focal person any identified trends or common risks of GBV cases and recommend steps to address or mitigate them where possible.
∎ Identify any issues with the referral pathway and work with relevant project staff and local authorities to address them.
∎ Household visit and maintain close relationship with Monobondhu, organise counselling session with the victims and community people as well
∎ Work in close collaboration with the community mobilisers to strengthen the relationship with the community and to strengthen the referral system.
∎ After action review of rescued individual with high confidentiality
∎ Organise day celebration event and engage the community
∎ Ensure each survivors is able to access the necessary services (medical, nutrition, mental, legal, etc.) via the referral pathway
∎ Ensure constant and transparent communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including community members, community leaders and families and develop a community network
∎ Submit weekly case management reports ,ensure that information is kept up to date and assist to document case, priority list of resolving
∎ Coordinate with other agencies offering case management services to survivors on referral and transfer of cases
∎ Any other responsibilities as requested by supervisor
∎ Maintain frequent communication with govt; officials at Union health Centre, other focal person at HCMP area, HRLS, GJ&D, Education Programme and other.
∎ Keep contact with the civil society, legal services and local influential in a regular basis
∎ Reaching out the victims with confidentiality and prompt service
∎ Raise awareness among the community people to respond against violence
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the safeguarding goals while acting as a key source of support, guidance and expertise for establishing a safe working environment in accordance to its reporting procedures.
∎ Practice, promote, encourage and endorse the safeguarding policy and implementation standards among team members in case of any reportable incident.
∎ Maintaining privacy of the victim like not to share or publishing any photos, disclose address or location etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Basic understanding of case selection, analysis and troubleshooting
∎ Fundamental understanding on case management, GBV, Nature of violence against children and women and role of community
∎ Legal service pattern and seeking behavior among community people
∎ Socio-cultural context of particular area alongside evidence of gender-based violence
∎ Rescue process and rehabilitation of the victims without indulging the project or organisation in any conflict or risk
∎ Prompt response to resolve sensitive cases
∎ Maintaining good relationship with different stakeholders
∎ Case documentation and action taking in priority based
∎ Dealing with legal aid services and civil society
∎ Capture lesson learnt, reporting and troubleshooting under challenging situation
∎ Work under pressure, meet deadline and carry out project results to showcase
∎ Familiarity with MS package, Excel and online platform for data collection
∎ Work in challenging situation
∎ Adaptability, Teamwork, Relationship Building & Change Management
