Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide case management services to women and girls affected by the crisis, including conducting assessments, developing individual care plans, and making referrals to other services as needed.
∎ Ensure that all case management services are delivered in a gender-sensitive, survivor-centered, and culturally appropriate manner.
∎ Conduct regular home visits to follow up on cases and provide additional support as needed.
∎ Develop and implement awareness raising activities aimed at promoting gender equality, preventing gender-based violence, and increasing awareness of available services.
∎ Work closely with community leaders and other stakeholders to identify and address issues related to gender-based violence.
∎ Organize and facilitate trainings and workshops on topics related to gender-based violence, women's rights, and other relevant issues.
∎ Collaborate with other organizations and service providers to ensure coordinated and effective response to gender-based violence.
∎ Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all case management and awareness raising activities, and prepare reports as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience working in case management or related field, preferably in a humanitarian context.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of gender-based violence and its impact on women and girls.
∎ Experience in developing and implementing awareness raising activities.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
∎ Fluency in English and Rohingya language is required.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a challenging environment.
