Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate from any reported University. Textile Engineering will be an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Gather performance data and measure the output to determine achievement or variance with production schedules. Produces reports that evaluate plant capacity and identifies areas where improvements can be implemented.
∎ Capacity planner is responsible for ensuring production will be delivered on time. He/ She is in charge to enable production elasticity through capacity booking monitoring with the sewing and trims vendors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vendors capacity monitoring
∎ Shares seasonal capacity prior to season starts.
∎ Understands capacity availability with vendors and books seasonal production capacity.
∎ Ensures a perfect knowledge of the vendors capacities for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
∎ Monitors and updates capacity on a weekly basis in sync with the Buying plan.
∎ Participates in the seasonal vendor sharing strategy to ensure alignment with the vendor's situation.
∎ Production allocation and T&A
∎ Coordinates with vendor and Industrial Leader on T&A to publish a validated T&A.
∎ Consolidates PO's and allocates PO's by vendors accordingly.
∎ Places PO's to the vendors.
∎ Production follow up and delivery on time
∎ Tracks each production steps for each PO's to CRD and ensure delivery on time
∎ In case of delay, monitor T&A to avoid or limit delivery delays.
∎ Informs export supervisors if the routing plan changes.
∎ Payments
∎ Collects and checks proforma invoices
∎ Air shipment / claims : analyzes reasons for late deliveries, decides on air cost or claim amount and is in charge of collecting the claim in due time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years working experience in this field.
∎ Candidates who have an experience in any European (fashion) brand office will have priority.
∎ Good english language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is must
∎ Must have knowledge in Production, Production merchandising, Capacity Planning.
∎ Self-motivated with good time management, competency to drive the team to achieve company goals.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility.
