Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS) in Economic, Sociology, Anthropology or related subjects.
∎ Skills Required: Training and Capacity building

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Marginalized and Dalit group and mobilizing the community;
∎ Facilitate training to strengthen capacity of the communities, partners and the staff.
∎ Update and develop training modules and education materials.
∎ Prepare event reports and periodic progress reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Knowledge on human rights, diversity and social exclusions.
∎ Female candidates are specially encouraged to apply.
∎ Sound IT literacy knowledge with MS Office and internet proficiency
∎ Fluency in English and Bangla both speaking and writing
∎ The job required field visits in the project areas.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Other benefits are admissible after completion probation period.
