Educational Requirements:
∎ A minimum master's degree in communication and Journalism or other Social Science discipline from a government recognized universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leads the projects on Content development, particularly for Social Cohesion, Conflict management & community engagement.
∎ Develop IEC/BCC materials related to conflict management and other issues at community level.
∎ Contribute for capacity building to the different groups, youth volunteer, women groups, and religious leaders.
∎ Contribute for creating content for community radio script, websites, newsletters, press releases, blogs, articles, fb etc.
∎ Planning and coordinating for organize and conduct different events to promote a particular theme related with community cohesion at local and regional level.
∎ Develop different training module, guideline, and design poster/leaflet for different events.
∎ Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous experience.
∎ Participate in regular field visits to the project areas to assure project progress towards activity objectives and goals
∎ Identify and mitigate project risk; analyze project impact and challenges to adaptively manage the project to meet or exceed results
∎ Deliver regular progress reports of results, including measure output of the project, prepare case story etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 6 years' working experience on Content development, Campaign and Advocacy activities and at least 3 years for community cohesion related activities in a national or international development organization.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar and can be able to speak local dialect will get preference.
∎ Experience women candidate will get priority for the position.
∎ Skill in Computer software such as MS-Office, MS Excel, Power Point presentation and using different software.
∎ Ability to work in a team and with good networking & interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
