Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in GIS and Remote Sensing, Urban & Regional Planning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Biostatistics, Geography, Development Studies or other relevant social science.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with Camp Focal Officer (WASH), support in maintaining and updating the spatial data infrastructure for the storage of geospatial data layers in a Master database;
∎ Assisting Camp Focal Officer in compiling and preparing CFO monthly reports, bi weekly reports and UNICEF reports;
∎ Assisting Camp Focal Officer in taking notes and preparing meeting minutes of WASH Coordination meeting and CIC meeting;
∎ Provide technical GIS support to CFO to design and implement Program activities especially focusing on preparation of maps of water distribution networks, fecal Sludge management and its catchment, Solid waste management and represent gap analysis data through map;
∎ Help CFO to evaluate site selection of WASH infrastructures though scientific analysis by ArcGIS (buffering, suitable location analysis, DEM analysis);
∎ Support Camp Focal Officer with survey design and provide technical support to analytical work including routine data collection, management, analysis and visualization;
∎ Provide technical support to CFO and other units with questionnaire development/ design though kobo and conduct training;
∎ Develop and update Open Data Kits (ODK) forms to ensure quick and accurate data collection;
∎ Implement and regularly update the Information Management Strategy and disseminate all information management related products to the management, UNICEF and relevant sectors;
∎ Develop an information-sharing platform as a web-portal;
∎ Identify and address information management gaps, and facilitate information sharing between field and project offices including through the organizational web portal;
∎ Update 4W matrix and ONA report of project;
∎ Acquire camp relevant secondary data and information from HDX, USGS, DIVAGIS, Humanitarian response website and other associated websites;
∎ Develop emergency response tools and support management during monsoon and other emergency condition;
∎ Collaboration with Project Monitoring & Documentation Officer, IMO and management team for synchronizing project data and reports;
∎ Act as the focal point for WASH Information of camp;
∎ Work closely with Site Management and CiC to ensure collaborative actions in WASH sector in assigned camp. Based on requirement, coordinate with key sectors such as shelter, education, nutrition and health on inter-sectoral camp issues and maintain data accordingly;
∎ Coordinate with CFO to report any WASH gaps or overlaps in relation to WASH sector standards to the Area Focal agency and keep the WASH sector Coordinators informed of progress and any issues at the camp;
∎ Coordinate with CFO to conduct key responsibilities aligned with Sector ToR.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a clear concept of camp administrative structure and different sectors and actors;
∎ In-depth knowledge of Camp WASH services;
∎ Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office Program;
∎ Ability to use ArcGIS, QGIS and conduct integrated analysis with geospatial and socioeconomic data and produce maps for working area;
∎ Experience in data collection through KOBO/ODK Toolbox;
∎ Skilled at Excel, SPSS or STATA;
∎ Professional experience in working with IM related activity;
∎ Experience in using tablets & smartphones and relevant software;
∎ Skilled at narrative report writing;
∎ Ability to formulate IM-related technical requirements and Operating Procedures;
∎ Ability to make own database for infrastructure mapping;
∎ Working experience in Refugee Camps;
∎ Familiar with Online reporting systems (ONA) and 4W;
∎ Mapping: ArcGIS, QGIS and ERDAS Imagine;
∎ Collector for ArcGIS;
∎ Handheld GPS and mobile GPS;
∎ Kobo Toolbox (preparing cascading questions in web form by excel logics);
∎ 4W and ONA report preparation;
∎ Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);
∎ Adept at different networking mobile apps (ex: WhatsApp);
∎ Adobe Illustrator is an advantage;
∎ Statistical Analysis tools: Excel, SPSS, STATA or Tableu;
∎ Good Analytical report writing capability;
∎ Languages: English, Bangla and Local dialect of Rohingya;
∎ Prepare documentary on camp condition;
∎ Possess positive attitude as development worker, team worker and accommodative within team at community level along with development partners;

Salary: Tk. 82500 (Monthly)
