Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience working as head chef for 5-star hotels/ resort is preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge on food safety hygienic, room services delivery, Store inventory management.
∎ Hotel management Diploma/ Certificate in ‘Food safety’ is preferred. Background in Catering, experience in supervisory and people management skills.·
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position having extensive knowledge on Hospitality, Catering.
∎ Prioritization, Coordination and follow-upskills.
∎ Conversant with the Catering Services and understanding of Accommodation Management including its maintenance requirements.
∎ Excellent organizational, analytical and Communication skill.

NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Camp Coordinator for employment with our prospective clients.
∎ To coordinate and monitor all activities in a large and culturally diverse accommodation facilities.
∎ To interact with internal and external customers to ensure all incoming and outgoing personnel and items are processed in a timely fashion, undertakes inductions to new guests.
∎ To ensure that high quality meals are prepared and served in a timely manner, closely work with catering team to plan menus, manage inventory and supplies.
∎ To maintain Living quarters rules and regulations in accordance with Company policy and procedures. Supervise camp staffs, (Chef, Cooks, Housekeepers, Laundry men's, Dining stewards). Coordinate maintenance and repairs on camp including plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical duties.
∎ Develop Price and Availability, Raise Purchase Requisition and follow up on the right materials purchase timely. Consistent coordination with food supplies vendor for quality product deliveries.
