Job Context: Megamind Plus is one of Bangladesh’s leading education service providers, specializing in Study Abroad Consultancyand English Proficiency Courses (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, SAT).

The role involves engaging with potential students over phone calls, providing accurate program information, and guiding them toward admission opportunities in top global universities. The position requires strong communication, professionalism, and a target-oriented mindset to support students effectively and contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students interested in international education.
  • Provide proper information about available study destinations, programs, and admission processes.
  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with students to nurture leads.
  • Record student queries, maintain call logs, and update the CRM/database accurately.
  • Coordinate with counselors to arrange appointments and consultation sessions.
  • Work toward achieving individual and team-based targets set by management.
  • Ensure polite, confident, and professional communication at all times.
