Responsibilities & Context:

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits.

• Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients.

• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.

Customer Engagement:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.

• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or other designated systems.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered.

• Continuously update knowledge of product updates.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
