  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is (3+ years preferred).

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in operating computers and Microsoft Office software and Excel.
  • Must have good knowledge of computer typing and internet.


Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and skilled Call Center Executives to join our team. As a Call Center Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must have quick convincing skills.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Must be able to speak clearly and fluently.
  • Building customer relationships, quickly convincing and generating sales.
  • Process customer orders, requests, and complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintain records and manage data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
